It was obviously funny, but for some reason I found the whole situation with the dog somewhat annoying and it only made me chuckle a bit and not laugh out loud. Overall, I give this episode a 3 out of 5.

Ultimately George regrets asking Susan to marry him because he has to succumb to everything she wants, Jerry has no girl the other three are in the back of a police car by the end of the night. But since the dog bites a piece of KramerвЂ™s shirt off and finds its way home, the trio get caught by the police and end up getting arrested. Mean while, Elaine canвЂ™t sleep because of a constantly barking dog so along with Newman and Kramer, they steal the dog and try to drop it off upstate. George asks Susan to marry him while Jerry brakes up with his girlfriend because she eats peas one at a time (my favorite part of the episode). At the same time Jerry thinks heвЂ™s done little in his life, so the two of them make a promise to change their lives. George broke up with a woman because she beat him at chess (as if his character already doesnвЂ™t have enough self-esteem issues), as stupid as it sounds to me the viewer, George couldnвЂ™t stand being perhaps dumber than his female counter-part. I really have no idea how Larry David comes up with this stuff, in this episode George and Jerry are plagued with being extremely picky with the little things the women they go out with do. This was the opener for season 7 and they titled it вЂњThe EngagementвЂќ.
